Overgrown onto pavement

Lots of overgrown shrubs and trees completely blocking the pavement, making it impossible to use this side to walk down the road. As it’s so overgrown, there’s also waste including needles being thrown into the hedge. Also, the overhanging tree is being hit constantly by lorries!
