Phone box used for drug dealing/taking

This phone box is being used as a place to deal drugs, take drugs, sleep rough, drink alcohol and leave litter.

Never seen it used to make a call and I pass it at least twice a day and often more.

Some of the casing inside has been vandalised, possibly so drugs can be stored.

It's currently a beacon for anti-social behaviour and would be better removed, as it doesn't want seem to be used for its intended purpose.
