Parking on double yellows

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6309122.

Cars are always parked on the double yellows at the top of beverley Road. Usually car owners are either staff in the barbers shop or customers to the barbers. I had a near miss with my children in the car having to take the corner wide once again and a car coming up beverley Road. These car owners need to be fined so this illegal parking can stop
