This problem has been reported before, on 26.8.23.The owners of Numbers 52 & 54 Pemborke Road are habitual offenders. Could you please take action? Regards Ken Booth

    I fully agree with this post. This is an egregious breach of duty with this massive hedge taking up 50% of the pavement and causing a significant nuisance.
