Obscured view of oncoming vehicles

Reported via mobile in the Grass cutting category anonymously at 19:05, Tue 6 August 2024

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6324531.

I walk daily from Whitchurch village to my job in Stockwood and have to cross the road on this corner but find it very difficult and dangerous as the long grass obscures any vehicles turning the corner and they come around there so fast that I have had a number of near misses, the path on this side of the road ends there so I have no choice to walk further along to avoid on coming traffic. I understand that the councils don’t cut the grass due to re-wilding or whatever but when it becomes a danger to life it’s getting beyond a joke, please can this be sorted asap. Thank you
