Double yellow lines running parallel to bollards near 19 whitby road are being aggressively enforced by local authorities despite serving no purpose. Local residents are being given parking fines despite parking legally in spaces perpendicular to the yellow lines. The local residents Committee would like these double yellow lines removed.
