Hi , reporting this for another citizen who has complained the lane although very regularly cleared of general litter by BCC. Needs a more thorough clear of fallen branches and dry mud collecting up and other weeds, etc. Says their complaint was made at a BCC office. This is a very well used walkway to the local amenities.
