Wall repair needed - trying to find the right team to discuss it

Two or three coping stones have fallen off the wall into the nature area. The wall there appears to be crumbling on the school's side and other parts of the wall appear at risk from ivy. The caretaker is aware of it. The area is fenced off on the school's side and I'm told nobody is allowed near it.
