Once again there are illegal encampments on the Downs between Ladies Mile and Clifton Down Rd. Wtinessed an argument betwen a passeby and an inhabitant.. Once again BCC & the Downs Committee have failed to get a grip on the problem. Please enforce the byelaws beofre proposing additional taxes.
