Tree roots growing through the pavement causing trip hazard

This has been an ongoing issue for over 6 years. Outside number 17 and number 19 Court Road. The roots have been covered up more than once but the tree is continuing to grow up through pavement. Where this has been fixed previously, there is now a visible mound on this part of the street which is more dangerous for pedestrians, pushchairs and wheelchair users.
