Two trees outside and adjacent to my property has tree decease

Parks department Dear Michelle, I tried to respond to your email without success. Because the BCC site is not geared towards return emails I lost all the previous text I sent to you. We have recently had two trees removed from outside my neighbour property after being assessed and diagnosed with tree decease. The tree outside my house and no. 17 Maple is showing signs, no leaves at top of tree, flacking bark and colouration of tree changes. I am unable to take photos. Please can you send a professional tree surgeon to fully assess the trees and feedback to me. Regards G. Brimble.
