Multiple depressions on the road from recent road works

Depressions on the road where part of the recent work done on the stretch of the road started to subside. Channels appeared in the surface which pose immediate hazard to cyclists when tyre gets caught in the road resulting in lost balance. Uneven surface with a ramp that can lead to damaged car suspension. This needs to be addressed immediately to prevent someone injury.
