Car parked on part double yellows and blocking turning zone

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6379319.

There is a car parked at the end of Springfield Rd, partly on double yellows. It is blocking the turning zone at the end of the street (it is a cul de sac)
