The lamp post will be blocking my new drivway

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6387318.

The lamp post is right in the middle of where i plan to have my driveway re-done, would like to know if its possible to get it moved to either side if my property please? outside 80 Lacey road, stockwood, bristol, bs14 8nb
