Large elderberry shurb overgrowing the pavement

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 19:48, Thursday 22 August 2024

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6388099.

Large elderberry shurb overgrowing the pavement. It is impossible to use the pavement in a wheelchair. I have to use the road, putting my life at risk. If this is not dealt with within 28 days and I suffer an injury am I able to claim against the council?
