Van has been parked blocking pavement out for weeks, no wheelchair access to our address from bike path. My daughter has to bump herself up and down 2 kirbs now instead of being able to get here directly without kerbs

Outdide caitlin court, longreach grove. Bs14 8ax. Been here since some time in july , inconsiderate parking blocking path off completely , everyone having to go around or go across the grass. No idea who it belongs to, not belonging to anyone who lives in flats
