Diseased dying Maple Trees.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6440048.
A couple of years ago a maple tree to left of our property was felled as it was said to be dying due to past vandalism although it had been in good health in all the years we have lived at the property.
Since that time another tree that was next to that one to the centre of property has died and been felled. It now appears that the Tree that is the next one up is also dying. All trees have been healthy and I may not be an arborist but this quite clearly seen to be some kind of disease as its more than a coincidence that the trees are are dying next to each in this fashion.
The Concern is that the dying tree highlight to the close right of our property is a danger but also that this disease has the potential to spread to adjacent Maple trees on the street.
Another concern is that the felling of both previous trees has subsequently not been finished. From the pictures attached you can see the first tree has been just left as a stump and has not been removed by a stump grinder as other trees down the road have been previously. The second tree has been left in even worse condition with the full trunk left to rot at road side with bark dropping off everywhere and a complete eye saw.
Could someone see to these issues please before the disease spreads any further and also complete the unfinished works on privies felled trees.
