Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6454087.

Reported & sent photos of cracks in wall near to railway bridge: contractors notified ? Followed up few weeks later with pic of further cracks & suggested ivy needed clearing to assess issue properly. Ivy has been removed & now saying issue closed. Does that mean that you are not looking further into cracks / repairing them?
