Over grown stinging nettles

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6480985.

These nettles are always overgrown and are a hazard to children on school run, especially when people block the pavement with cars too. Can these nettles be fully removed and replaced with grass or flowers please. We've had multiple stings here. They are not maintained.
