Very overgrown hedge

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6481861.

Hedge around Willow Court on Ludlow Road BS7 0DY is very overgrown. The hedge should be the same height as the fence which is 6ft and it is almost twice that height, making reporters property very dark. Outside of hedge was cut 6 weeks ago & no one been back since. Can it be cut back to the height of the fence? Housing land
