Clogged gulley cover orblockeddrain pot

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6506944.

Half road flooded because drain blocked on junction, also drain block further up Petherbridge so all the surface runoff from Petherbridge flow down to the junction
