Van has knocked over bollard - pavement pulled up

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6512094.

Van hit the bollard around 21:40 24/09/2024 as the bollards are black and the area is not illuminated. Bollard on the floor, pavement has been pulled up because of it - bollard has only just been repaired from last vehicle strike. These bollards all need hi-viz paint as there is no light there and they are matt black!!
