Shrubs blocking pavement from number 74 Cotham road. Pavement partially obstructed by overhanging shrubs causing risk for those using pavement as blind people might walk into shrubs, pedestrians cannot pass each other so have to walk on busy road, and when bins out all pedestrians have to walk on very busy road risking injury or death.
