Rubbish increase

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6526035.

Hi ref 6181150. BCC has cleared the vegetation around all the bridge supports from what I can see the side of river by M&S foodhall and more general rubbish has been disclosed. Also, by the roundabout leading to Whitby Road the same (another bridge support) and is much worse because rough sleepers either still there or were have left significant amounts of rubbish. Which can be viewed from the pedestrian footpath for easier viewing of the problem.
