Deep (3 inch) and large (12” x 36”) pothole with loose material

Pothole has been present since late winter but has degraded significantly over the past few months to pose a risk to moving vehicles, parked cars and even pedestrians crossing the road. Has kicked up large chunks of gravel and tarmac that presents a damage risk. Would certainly dismount a cyclist that passes over it.
