Overgrown Headgerow length and shrubbery obstructing the width of this already narrow width road Manor Court Drive BS7 OXQ-OXF .Needs cutting back to the curbside .Delivery vehicles struggle or don't come down here. Cars get scratched.Been reported before nothing done to alleviate this issue.
