Solar lights not working

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6535201.

The edging solar lights are not all working on concord way, since there are street lights on the pavement it is very dangerous for cyclists and pedestrians to see the edge of the path, can the faulty ones be fixed or replaced
