Street light not working in lane between Southfield Close and Westover Drive

Hi - the street light on the lane which connects Westover Drive and Southover Close is not working. The issue is exacerbated by the fact that the path is very dark due to excessive growth from Leylandii in the garden of 10 Southover Close which is adjacent to the lane. I had family staying over the weekend and on the return from Westbury village by this route a member of our party tripped and fell over heavily on her knee as she could not see the steps beginning right in front of her. The person in question is a self-employed pilates and dance teacher so is very light on her feet and is very observant. An injury like that could imperil her earning ability so I take this very seriously. Please could the light be fixed, . I dont know how long this has been an issue - I use that path regularly, but not recently in the dark. Please could action be taken to force the homeowner to cut back the trees making the path so dark. Thank you.
