Sign and road markings for car club space practically invisible

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6539277.
The car club space at the end of South Street is frequently inaccessible to the car club car due to other vehicles using the space. The car club car often cannot be found when hiring it as it is forced to park elsewhere. Better enforcement should be carried out, but at least part of the blame goes to the visibility of the space - the road markings are almost completely worn away and the (already too small) sign is hardly visible due to the fencing that has been erected around the old Patchwork garden that was sold for development years ago, but has had nothing done to it. The issue of non-car club cars using the space goes back years, over which time the road markings have been disappearing, but the fencing is new this year.
