Broken utility cover, very loud when cars drive over it

This utility cover is broken/damaged/rocking and makes a huge amount of noise when cars drive over it. Can be heard where we live, about 150M away on the other side of the New Cut. High volume of traffic on this road means the noise is constant. Risk of further damage/failure.

We are also disturbed by the constant clanking of the loose inspection cover by the traffic lights. Every car and truck hits it with a double clank. Clearly the cover is under stress and will break soon.

This is huge problem and needs to be fixed asap! it's so loud that it can be heard all the way from Abel Yard and it's keeping people up all night

Over two weeks now. Any progress in workers investigating? The metal cover is becoming very bent and moving alot. Noise is ridiculous for residents.
