No privacy shade

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6540776.

Hi, the street light was replaced this morning. The previous one had a privacy shade on the residents side of the light but the new one doesn't, and shines brightly into our bedrooms. The engineer advised me to speak to you to refit a privacy shade on the house side. Kind regards
