Completely blocked drain cover

Location is outside No. 64 Birch Road. As with several others, the gutter drain cover has become completely blocked over time by ab accumulation of general debris, but mostly the loose road chippings that were never properly swept up after resurfacing work a few years ago. Drain cover needs to be cleared to prevent flooding occurring due to rainwater being diverted further down the street. There are several others in the area in the same condition, but nothing is ever done to fix it and reports like this one are just close as 'resolved' when nothing has actually been done. But we'll keep reporting them in the hope that one day someone at BCC will actually give a damn.
