On 01/10/24 a hedge cutter came through grange lane right to redford crescent footpath. Please can the person who did it come back and finish clearing the mess up!..we walk our dog through here daily and don't want thorns in her pads, the lane is used daily by the public too, don't BCC care about public safety?.
