Health Hazard pigeon excrement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6552863.

There's a serious problem with the pigeons and an abandoned van covered in pigeon poo all under the bridge. It's dangerous for young children and elderly as slippy and carries diseas
