Vans constantly blocking shop front

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6552874.

Hello please can you help out business by adding a loading bay or doublee yellows to the front of our shop. There are constantly large vans parked outside the shop front and it really effects trade as people can't see we are open. We've also regularly have to pay for pallets to be redelivered as there is no access because cars are parked right up to the door to the shop on the pavement .any help really appreciated.
