Blocking light and view for housebound tenant and starting to cover path making it hard to come round corner. Bush is full of weeds and no one seems to care anymore as tenants have changed in flats so it has been left to go wild. A good regular cutback or alternative taken out completely would be most welcome. As pensioner and arthritic my scooter is essential, if bush allowed to carry on will make using it hard. Many thanks
