Water meter has been covered

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6567625.

Ref number to my last complaint 6520299 it has been classed as fixed yet nothing has been done. My water meter was covered over with tarmac when the pavement was re done, I now can not access the meter.
