Community center brambles

I have reported this in august/september /now in october the brambles are bad it has cost me £370.00 for new tyres because of this problem the brambles are ripping tyres someone needs to sort out the community grounds we also now have rats around alveston due to this so who paying for my tyres so i can send you a bill
