Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6608308.

This was previously reported - ref 6463351 - and marked as resolved by the council. It has not been removed so is not resolved. It's an eyesore and dangerous to children, dogs, and wildlife. This rubbish has been there for months.
