    Today Wessex water assessed the drain and stated that there is nothing they can do to assist. The man who attended this morning from Wessex water said to contact the council and say the gully is blocked by silt. This might need to be blasted? I’ve noticed the gully opposite outside 24 kinsale road is also blocked.
