Shepton Walk - Honeywick Close

Dear Bristol City Council,

I would like to bring your attention to an ongoing issue in Bedminster related to incorrect street name signage, which is causing significant confusion for the residents of Shepton Walk and Honeywick Close.

The street in question has houses belonging to Shepton Walk (BS35NU) at the lower end, while the upper end belongs to Honeywick Close (BS35ND). However, a Honeywick Close sign has been incorrectly placed on the fence of 15. Shepton Walk. As a result, deliveries, mail, and food couriers often mistakenly go to 15 Shepton Walk instead of 15 Honeywick Close.

This situation is very inconvenient, as we frequently have to go to 15 Shepton Walk when expecting something. Unfortunately, we do not know the residents there, and on several occasions, items that were mistakenly delivered to 15 Shepton Walk have not been brought over, leading to lost packages and mails that we were unaware of.

A possible solution could be to move the Honeywick Close sign further up the street, where Honeywick Close actually begins, and replace it with a Shepton Walk sign at its current location. This would significantly reduce the confusion and inconvenience.
