Couple of big tree's branches overhang to my property

Hi, There are few big trees are next to my property. As they are quite close to my property, following things happens:

My building insurance is high and many insurance company even don't quote me price.

I have to clear my gutter twice a year as they blocked quite quickly by leaves which is quite expensive for me.

Always very poor and most of the times no sky signal at all to watch TV.

For green energy, I want to put solar panels on the roof but according to experts it won't be cost effective because of trees.

I hope considering above situation council will arrange to cut trees very close to my property and properly trim the rest.

All these problem going for a long time.
