There is a Blocked drain outside 18 Sutherland Place. (There are actually 2 drains there that are blocked but I can only see one on the online map). I reported this previously – see report 6567667. The reply was “We've investigated this issue and don't think any further action is needed at this time.” The issue was then closed. You can see from the photos that the road is flooded and looks like it may be entering through the green metal doorway onto the property.
