Trees need cutting back and de-weeding of brambles along pavement etc

I recently made a request for the clearance of overgrown brambles along the railings/ pavements in Railway Terrace and trees which were hanging over and touching vehicles. Two council employees came out but only cleared half the pavements/ railings of brambles etc. Also the trees need cutting back more. This is an on-going issue which has not been dealt with for many years. Could this be attended to as soon as possible before it gets out of hand. Thank you.
