Blocked drains

These drains have been blocked for at least 7 years. I have reported them multiple times and each time you’ve sent someone to clean the only drain that works ? Indeed it was cleaned yesterday again? There are multiple drains blocked up wick road which require unblocking. This is the cause of flooding experienced down St Annes Terrace leading to the deterioration of the road surface and flooding within properties further down the road.
