Loading only sign missing.

The Loading Only Sign painted on the road is missing from the Loading Bay. This is causing confusion among Vehicle users who are always parking their vehicles and leaving it there. Delivery driver have resorted to parking kerbside opposite which is dangerous due to oncoming traffic. Also causing arguments with members of the public due to footpath blocking. I've attached a old picture from Google Street view showing how the Loading Bay was Previously marked and a recent pucture showing Signage missing. The Signage was not reinstated after a recent road tarmac improvement. Please reinstate the Signage so to make clear to road users of the Loading Only Use.
