Drain outside no:8 and no:10 is not draining and flooding.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6644716.

Drain need clearing as it is not draining, when it rains it fills completely, backs up and over flows, risk of flooding of basements in houses. I have reported this before. There was a constant flow of earth washed down the drain, from a ground source heating system that was drilled for and put into the garden just up the road a while back. It's likely that this earth is stuck further down the drainage pipes and needs removing for the drain to be able to work properly. It drained happily for 10years prior - maybe send the bill to that neighbour to recoup the extra cost- Many thanks
