Poor pavement resurfacing works.

We recently along with many other streets in Bishopston have had our pavements resurfaced. Elton Road was cancelled on the first attempt due to poor weather. The second attempt felt a bit rushed. Compared to other streets in our neighbourhood the surface is not smooth, has loose grit, and in some parts of the street minor breakup can be observed. A big sweep of the pavement might improve matters i.e. getting rid of the grit which otherwise will end up in the drains and cause further problems. However to my main point. I don`t think the finished surface is up to required quality.
