Advertising "A" Board obstructing the pavement by entrance to pub yard. Not content with blocking the pavement at the top of Raleigh Road and North Street the Tobacco Factroy bar (TOBACCO FACTORY ENTERPRISES LIMITED) has the audacity to have another one. Are they above regulations? You'd think one of the directors (a one time mayor) would have enough nonce to abide by BCC regs or does he have specila exemption?
