Traffic Island at top of Bell Hill damaged and broken

Reported via mobile in the General highways enquiry category anonymously at 10:30, Monday 28 October 2024

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6666310.

There has been 3 separate incidents where vehicles have crashed into this very same traffic Island in the last 7 days (that I know of). Emergency Services attended 2 of the incidents and I’m not sure about the third. There are too many accidents happening at the top of Bell Hill. Please can this be looked into before someone gets seriously hurt? Currently there are no illuminated bollards on the island which makes things even more dangerous. They are broken and are still somewhere along the street. I trust that you will take this safety concern seriously.
